Pro is still in design, but planned features include multi-account support, Outlook / Apple Calendar sync, custom alert sounds and themes, cross-device preferences, and priority support. Join the waitlist on the Pricing page to be notified first.

How do full-screen alerts work?

A few minutes before each calendar event, MeetBlast takes over your screen with a large, hard-to-miss alert showing the meeting title, attendees, and a one-click join button. You can configure the lead time (e.g. 1 min, 5 min) in settings.

Which meeting platforms does one-click join support?

Accepted Answer

MeetBlast automatically detects Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Discord links in your calendar events and opens them directly. Any other URL in the event is also clickable.

Can I snooze or dismiss an alert?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each alert has a Snooze button (reminders you again in 1 or 2 minutes) and a Dismiss button if you don't need the reminder. Snooze count is tracked in your stats.

Can I customize when alerts appear?

You can set a default lead time (how many minutes before the meeting the alert fires). Per-event overrides and multi-reminder support are planned for Pro.

Does MeetBlast read or store my calendar data on your servers?

Accepted Answer

No. Calendar data is fetched directly from Google's API into the app on your device and never uploaded to MeetBlast servers. We only store your account profile and anonymous usage stats (meetings alerted, snoozed, joined) — no event titles, attendees, or links.

Do I need an account to use MeetBlast?

Accepted Answer

You need a Google account to authorize calendar access — that's it. A MeetBlast account (on this website) is optional and lets you manage your profile, view your stats, and access Pro features when available.

How do I update MeetBlast?

MeetBlast checks for updates automatically on launch and will prompt you when a new version is available. You can also download the latest installer directly from the Download page at any time.
