Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing the MeetBlast app or creating an account on this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app and do not create an account.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MeetBlast app on devices you own or control. The app's installer and binaries remain our property; the license does not transfer ownership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the binaries except where allowed by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the installer without written permission.
• Use the service to send spam, harass other users, or violate third-party rights.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.

Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Plans and billing

MeetBlast is currently free to use. A paid Pro tier is planned. Pricing, billing terms, and refund rules for Pro will be presented before any charge is made and these terms will be updated to reflect them.

Third-party services

The app integrates with Google Calendar and may integrate with additional calendar or conferencing providers in the future. Use of those providers is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or behavior changes in third-party services.

Disclaimer

MeetBlast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that alerts will fire under every operating system state, and you should not rely on the app as the sole notification mechanism for high-stakes meetings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid anything.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (license restrictions, disclaimer, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MeetBlast is incorporated, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
