Terms

Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use the MeetBlast app, site, and account services.

Last updated: May 5, 2026

Acceptance

Installing the MeetBlast app or creating an account means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't install the app and don't create an account.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MeetBlast on machines you own or control. The binaries remain our property. The license ends when you delete your account or we terminate access for a violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the binaries, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the installer without written permission.
  • Use the service to harass other users or violate third-party rights.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at legal@meetblast.net immediately.

Early access

MeetBlast is free during early access. Accounts created in this period keep free access for the life of that individual account — it doesn't extend to a team, organization, or additional seats.

If you later join or create a team on a paid plan, the Pro rate applies to any seat beyond your original early-access account.

Plans and billing

A paid Pro tier is in progress. No charge will be made without showing you the exact price and billing terms first. These terms will be updated before Pro launches.

Third-party services

The app connects to Google Calendar. Future versions may support additional calendar and conferencing providers. Each provider's own terms govern your use of their service. We are not liable for outages or changes in third-party APIs.

Disclaimer

MeetBlast is provided as-is with no warranties, express or implied. Alert delivery depends on your operating system and network being in a functional state — we can't guarantee every alert fires under every OS configuration. Don't rely on MeetBlast as your only reminder for a high-stakes meeting.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 USD — whichever is greater. This cap applies to all claim types to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You can stop using MeetBlast and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Clauses that survive termination by their nature — acceptable use, disclaimer, and limitation of liability — remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of <!-- TODO: confirm jurisdiction -->. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
